• Scope of Work:
  • Phase(1): Delivering the project’s feasibility analysis and transportation plan; advising on different funding options and project structure; and structuring the business Model of the project.
  • Phase(2): Evaluation and Procurement Strategy preparation, Financial Advisory, Tender propertied financial closure services.
  • Project management with the main project PMC.
