• The First elevated monorail project in Egypt
• The first line is to connect east Cairo to the mega New Capital City with total length of 52 km. The second project is  connecting together the neighborhoods of Giza, Cairo and 6^th. Of October 6th City with a total length of 44 Km.
• Scope of Work:
  • Working with  the project consortium  to deliver to the client the Monorail technology and build up EPC+F and O&M complete project
  • Project planning , studies , consortium selection , building the project  business model and arrangement of finance as well as EPC and O&M negotiation
  • Project Management and Financial Closure
